Policy Change Announcement Email Sample

This is a policy announcement email sample letter to employees. Today I am very happy that we are beginning the new year and I am sure many other companies are beginning to do the same. Sending out a change of process sample letters or communication is an important part of the hiring and firing employees. I want you to be aware that there may be some instances when you will need to send this type of communication and it should not be done in a rush. We will discuss this in a bit more detail in another article.




I want to share with you a bit about our company and how we develop these policy change announcements. The policy change announcement to employees should be sent out two to three weeks prior to the actual change of policy taking place. A short written statement outlining the intent of the change of process will then be included with the announcement. A short paragraph detailing the process involved with this change of the process will also be included.


This type of policy change announcement will be used to inform current employees of the change and to solicit new talent. You will want to keep this announcement short and sweet.
